Moved to Maryland. Lived in Will's Town, 9 miles west of Fort Cumberland, MD.
he signed the Oath of Allegiance to the American Colonies and for the duration
of the war, supplied horses and feed for them and food for the soldiers who
served under General George Washington, who was stationed at Fort Cumberland.
At an advnaced age he migrated with is large family to Knox Co, OH. His wife
Christine died in 1809, and he died in early 1911. Both are buired in the
Methodist Cemetery near Danville, OH.
